Of the most significant performances, the following should be highlighted: the author’s concert, including orchestra compositions Skice za orkestar and Svečana poema, performed by the Banja Luka Philharmonic Orchestra in Banski Dvor, Banja Luka (B&H), on the occasion of 25 years from the establishment of National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska under auspices of the President of the Republic of Srpska; the composition Sensibile, for the accordion solo, premiered by Stefan Ćeha at the 22nd Interregional Youth Choir Meetings (CHOIR) in the State Academy for Young Musicians in Baden-Württemberg Ochsenhausen (Germany), also performed at the 6th Danube Salon in Berlin (Germany); the composition My Country premiered at the Oklahoma State University School of Visual and Performing Arts (USA) and written for H2 Saxophone Quartet, one of the most prominent saxophone quartets in America; the composition Fidgety, for solo accordion, premiered by Dragan Ribić at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold (Germany); the composition Balkanika, for the accordion solo, premiered by Stojan Bojić at the jubilee of the award-winning artist of the Russian Federation, Yuri Sidorova, at the Gnessin Russian Music Academy in Moscow (Russia); the composition Duo NeSte, written for the eponymous duo of piano and clarinet and performed during their concert tours throughout Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia etc.
Djukić is the author of the first symphonic composition of the Republic of Srpska. For the RS/B&H region – this historically unique composition – was premiered at Banski Dvor in 2009.
As highly regarded young musician, he has received various awards, inter alia from the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Srpska.
In his music, Djukić strives for innovation, without renouncing traditional values. Therefore, the gradual acceptance of new expressive ways of writing with the gradual conquest of new expressive compositional techniques fascinate him more than a sudden break with the past.
